After graduating from university, I got a job as a sales representative for a cosmetics manufacturer.
After working there for two years, I joined our company.
Before joining the company, I traveled around Europe as a backpacker for 20 days.

Product development and overseas expansion were a series of hardships until the business blossomed.
He became president in 2006, six years after joining the company.

In this situation, we somehow managed to save up funds for product development,
Around 2011, we began to seriously develop our own products.
Until sales of our products get on track, we will rely on our business partners as well as

This was met with strong opposition.
At first, I received requests from the research field, and with just a ruler in hand, I designed and prototyped it myself.
In order to expand sales channels and increase awareness, we started by developing inexpensive consumables costing several tens of thousands of yen.
We started by building our own brand power.
We had decided to expand overseas from the time we started developing our products, so even during times when the business was struggling,
Every year, we continued to promote our products by exhibiting at overseas exhibitions, spending tens to hundreds of millions of yen.
At first, we had no success at all, but one day we suddenly received an inquiry from the Japanese subsidiary of a major overseas manufacturer.
When I asked him why, he said, "I thought it was a good product because it was exhibited at every exhibition."
I realized that my thinking was not wrong.
It is because of passion that I can continue to take on challenges.
In my opinion, the most important quality for a manager is passion.
I have failed many times before,
