As a sales representative for our company, a manufacturer of scientific and chemical equipment, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including sales and sales planning.

About the products

We manufacture equipment for researchers working in fields such as organic synthesis, analytical chemistry, and drug discovery, as well as consumables for use in experiments.
Each product is unique and developed based on feedback from our client researchers. By developing niche products that major manufacturers cannot develop, we are creating our own market.
The price range is 4.5 million to 8.5 million yen, and if you purchase a complete analytical equipment system, it will cost over 65 million yen.

Sales Stance

Each salesperson not only focuses on "achieving goals" and "selling," but also thinks and acts like a business manager, asking questions such as "How can we stimulate the market?", "What goals should we set for this fiscal year?" and "Is the process for achieving these goals appropriate?"
Since the development department is also in-house, it is easy to coordinate with them, and as a salesperson, I can directly reflect the "voice" of the customers I interact with on a daily basis in efforts such as product development and creating new markets.

We are looking to increase staff to further expand our business

Our company was founded as a trading company selling columns, etc. In 2004, we began developing, manufacturing, and selling our own laboratory equipment and consumables, and our products are now used by a variety of research institutions both in Japan and overseas.
The company has seven patents and is currently applying for two more. It is also actively developing new technologies and products. Its technical capabilities have also been recognized, with the company receiving numerous awards, including the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Commendation and the Invention Grand Prize.

Members who work together

We have a total of six employees in their 30s and 40s: four sales staff and two sales support staff (two men and four women).
Although each of us has a different job, we always work as a team!
